Choose public rate information, a reading guide, or historical Moneytalk metadata. Each product has its own connection URL. No BrinkerAdvisor login or API key is required.
BrinkerAdvisor Reading Guide
Connection URL: https://mcp.brinkeradvisor.com/mcp/books. Search publisher book metadata, inspect a book, or retrieve an existing shelf's reading order with search_books, get_book, and get_reading_path. It provides metadata and canonical links, not book text, reviews, purchases, or personalized recommendations.
The linked Books website separately discloses its Amazon affiliate relationship; this connector does not return purchase links or place orders.

Ask Bob: Moneytalk Archive
Connection URL: https://mcp.brinkeradvisor.com/mcp/audio. Search reviewed topic and broadcast-date labels, retrieve clip metadata, and list episodes with search_moneytalk, get_moneytalk_clip, and list_moneytalk_episodes. Coverage is historical, through September 30, 2018. It does not answer in Bob Brinker's voice or provide current guidance, transcripts, recordings, original caller text, or external recording links.
Try: “Use Ask Bob: Moneytalk Archive to find historical bonds topics. Show the broadcast dates and collection links.” Results use opaque clip IDs; collection links open the Moneytalk Archive website, not an individual recording.
Connect the Reading Guide or Moneytalk Archive
In an MCP-compatible client that supports remote Streamable HTTP, add the chosen connection URL above as a separate server. In Claude, follow Anthropic's custom connector instructions where your account and plan permit it. Client permissions and platform requirements still apply. A working endpoint does not establish directory approval or a verified installation in every client.
Both products validate fixed public metadata before answering. Snapshots expire after 15 minutes and refresh on the next tool request. A retrieval timestamp is not a book publication date, broadcast date, or assurance of current financial relevance. If validation or refresh fails, the tools report unavailability rather than reuse stale metadata. Moneytalk remains historical regardless of retrieval time.

Install in Claude Code
Claude Code can install the public publisher-managed package. Run these commands one at a time:

No BrinkerAdvisor login or API key is required; your own Claude account, plan requirements, and usage charges still apply. The package and installation guide is publisher-managed and does not represent Anthropic approval or endorsement. Native Claude Code search and fetch have been validated; Cowork compatibility is not established.
Try a guided example
Run these prompts in Claude Code after installation. These are instructions, not a recording or a claim about today's available rates.
1. Find records
Use BrinkerAdvisor Rates to find available 12-month CD records. Show their original data dates and source links. If none are available, say so.
2. Inspect one record
Fetch one of those records. Explain its published terms, show the BrinkerAdvisor and original-source links, and identify any missing information.
3. Check the original source
Open the original-source link. Compare the rate, term and data date before using the information. A new page visit does not mean the underlying rate was updated today.
Set up Claude web chat
Search and fetch through an existing custom connector were verified in Claude web chat on September 16, 2026. A fresh installation and Claude Desktop/Cowork have not been verified. To configure a custom connector where your plan allows it, follow Anthropic's custom connector instructions and use https://mcp.brinkeradvisor.com/mcp. No BrinkerAdvisor credentials are required.
The feed's data date can differ from the bank's effective date. Check the original source for its effective date; do not assume the feed date is when the bank changed its rate.
Availability
OpenAI: Public directory availability is not verified. Publisher review status, a public listing, installation and successful tool execution are separate checks. Use the RATES website directly while directory access is unresolved.
Anthropic: BrinkerAdvisor Rates is listed as a Community connector in Claude's directory (verified October 5, 2026). Community connectors undergo automated review but are not verified by Anthropic. Listing does not establish fresh installation or compatibility on every client. The publisher-managed Claude Code package above is a separate installation route.

For questions about Rates, the Reading Guide, or Ask Bob: Moneytalk Archive, or to report inaccurate, stale, or unavailable public metadata, use the contact or reply channel associated with the BrinkerAdvisor publication.
Include the product, tool name, and a general description of the issue. Do not send passwords, account numbers, holdings, tax records, payment information, original caller details, or other sensitive personal data.
The service is anonymous and cannot retrieve or troubleshoot subscriber or financial accounts.
Use BrinkerAdvisor Rates with AI
BrinkerAdvisor Rates provides public CD, money-market, and Treasury information with data dates and source links. You can always use the RATES website directly; no AI setup is needed.
WebMCP on the RATES website
In a compatible browser with an AI agent, open the RATES page and ask the agent to use its page tools, for example: “Use this page's rate tools to find 12-month CDs. Show the data dates and source links.” WebMCP support is experimental and requires both a compatible browser and agent; a normal browser still shows the standard website. Read results carefully
- Check each record's original data date and source links; a current website visit does not mean every underlying rate changed today.
- Verify availability, eligibility, minimum deposits, and terms with the cited source.
- Do not send account numbers, passwords, or personal financial details.
- If data is unavailable or stale, ask the assistant to say so rather than inventing it. Results are public information and educational illustrations, not personalized investment or tax advice.
